1.Eat Several Small Meals Per Day

It is better for you to eat several times throughout the day rather than having three large chunks of meal. Ensure that you get all the food groups in your meals as well. You need fruits, vegetables and whole grain several times per day and you can have lean cuts of meat once or twice per day. One you have a balance diet on a regular basis, you will reduce the amount of foods that your body store as fat. This will help your metabolism to be better regulated so that you can burn fat fast.

2.Get Regular Cardiovascular Exercises

You need to do some amount of exercise everyday. This does not mean that you have to do extensive exercises, but you need to at least walk or jog for about 30 minutes per day. This will get your heart rate up and help you to burn more calories. Doing so will help you to reduce tummy fat as well as fat from all over your body.
